Purchase a NEW CONNECTION or UPGRADE.  When you reach the secure order form indicate by ticking the box that you have a trade in and state the make and model. Just send your trade in handset back to us (recorded or similar), once we have received your old handset and checked that it is in working order we will credit your credit card or send a cheque for the amount shown in the table below.

With Bluetooth .........+ £10
With flip ………………. + £10
With colour screen … + £10
With camera ………… + £10

As an example Motorola V3 qualifies for all the above so £50 trade in applies.

Any PDA (e.g. XDA, SPV jornarda, 9210i) …………….. £75
If current model (e.g. 9300, XDA2, Blackberry etc) +£25

As an example XDA2 qualifies for all the above so £100 trade in applies. (PDA'S only)

Phone must itself must be less than 2 years old in good condition and in working order. Phone must be complete with battery and mains charger.
