You will receive 3 months free insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London. We have included this automatically. You need to take no action to receive this valuable benefit. Your free Insurance cover is effective upon receipt of your new policy. However if you have not received your new policy within 7 days then please contact us immediately to activate. PERIOD:                                               This insurance policy runs for a minimum of twelve months to ensure full protection for the term of your mobile phone contract and covers you from the moment you purchased the phone

 

TERMS:                                                 Following your three months free insurance, premiums will be collected monthly by Direct Debit at 4.99 per month for a minimum period of twelve months. The Direct Debit collection dates and full terms and conditions will be shown on your Certificate of Insurance which you will receive in the next seven days.

DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE

 

·       The guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.

·       If the amounts to be paid or payment dates change, we will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or a otherwise agreed

·       If an error is made by us or your Bank or Building Society you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

·       You can cancel a Direct Debit at anytime by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy to us.

 

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO CLAIM UNDER THIS INSURANCE

Theft and Airtime Abuse

  1. Phone your billing company within 24 hours of discovery of the theft to stop calls being made from your phone. Out of hours, contact the network directly using the numbers shown below and inform your billing company at the earliest opportunity.

2.    Report the theft to the police within 24 hours of discovery and obtain a crime reference number and make a note of the police station details.

 

3.    Phone ADMINISTRATOR within 4 days of discovery on 01789 451713.  You will be sent a claim form.

 

Complete the claim form fully and return it to the administrator, together with a cheque for the excess amount (£25 for the first claim and £40 for 2nd or subsequent claim.  If your claim is covered under the policy, you will be sent a replacement telephone.

 

Accidental Damage

Phone ADMINISTRATOR on 01789 451713.  You will be sent a claim form.

Complete the claim form fully and return it to the administrator together with a cheque for the excess amount (£25 for the first claim and £40 for 2nd or subsequent claim). 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE SIM CARD. The Administrator will arrange for a courier to collect your telephone for delivery to our repair centre.  When the telephone has been repaired, it will be returned to you by courier.
